  • 3 medium ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups water (or add 1/2 cup with ice)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 3 tablespoons hemp liver


  1. Place all the ingredients for banana, avocado, pineapple, water, non-dairy milk, and flax liver in a blender or food processor.
