Material

  • 1 cucumber
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 apple
  • 8 to 10 mint leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • Shaved ice (optional)

How to make

  1. Take 1 cucumber, peel it and cut it into pieces.
  2. Take 1 apple, peel it and cut it into pieces.
  3. Take a blender, and add the cucumber slices, the juice of one lemon, apple slices, and mint into the blender,
  4. Add one cup of water to it, and mix well.
  5. The smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and add crushed ice, if you wish. Enjoy!!

Put the ingredients into the blender, and blend them well.
